Crispy Thai squid, rice noodles, mango & chilli salsa, peanut & soy dressing
Chargrilled flat iron steak, crostini, rocket salad, crispy onions, thyme and whiskey peppercorn cream
Butternut squash risotto, blue cheese, sage
Beer battered cod and chips, mushy peas, tartar sauce
Marinated feta flatbread, spiced bulgar wheat, chargrilled courgette, mixed Mediterranean vegetables
Buttermilk pana cotta, roast plums, honeycomb
Sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel sauce, Madagascan vanilla ice cream
Smoked gubeen, chutney, cheese biscuits
