Chef Jonny Taylor
With nearly twenty years of experience within the industry Jonny spent the last 10 years in Scotland working and running some of the best award-winning restaurant. He has gained experience working at senior level for some of the biggest companies and well-known chefs within the industry including Paul Rankin and Jamie Oliver.
He has a real passion for food and is really excited bring his experience to the shed. He believes in using the best ingredient’s possible with an emphasis on local seasonal produce.
