Welcome to the neighbourhood. This book consists of Shed’s most popular dishes past and present, along with some of Jonny’s personal favourites. When we were forced to close our bistro during lockdown, we created a number of ‘heat at home’ meals for our guests, with our Christmas dinners being especially popular. With the restaurant open again, we simply don’t have the capacity to provide this service, but at least with the aid of this cookbook you will have everything you need to recreate the dishes.
